Warm up: Ankle pick and Single Leg Takedowns

Techniques: Single Leg Takedown from Butterfly Guard, Single Leg X-Guard from Butterfly Guard

Training: 3-6 x 5 minute rounds


Please note- There will be no classes tomorrow (Saturday, March 30th).

We will have a “make up” class on Sunday, March 31st from 3:00 to 4:15pm.
