18 people training on a Friday night in a college town- all of whom stayed 45 minutes after class to get more training in. You guys are amazing!!

Warm Up: Standing Guard Break to Knee Slide Pass

Technique: Breadcutter Gi Choke (3 Variations- basic, hand block, non underhook situation).

Training: 3-7 x 5 Minute Rounds Sparring
